Detailed NLU Specific Reservation Policies

NLSIU Bengaluru Policy

• Vertical Reservation: SC (15.0% - 45 UG / 18 PG), ST (7.5% - 23 UG / 09 PG), OBC-NCL (27% - 81 UG / 33 PG), EWS (10% - 30 UG / 12 PG), General (121 UG / 48 PG). Total: 300 UG / 120 PG seats.
• Horizontal Reservation: 5% (15 seats) for PwD, 30% (90 seats) for Women, and 25% (75 seats) for Karnataka Students.
• Karnataka Domicile Eligibility: Candidates with 10+ years of study in Karnataka, or children of Karnataka-cadre ex-servicemen, state government employees, AIS officers, or CAPF personnel serving outside Karnataka.

NALSAR Hyderabad Policy

• All India Quota (75%): Unreserved (51 UG / 25 PG), SC (14 UG / 07 PG), ST (07 UG / 03 PG), OBC (17 UG / 10 PG), EWS (10 UG / 05 PG).
• Telangana Resident Students (25%): Unreserved (15 UG / 08 PG), SC (05 UG / 02 PG), ST (01 UG / 01 PG), OBC (09 UG / 04 PG), EWS (03 UG / 01 PG).
• Horizontal Reservation: 30% for female candidates and 5% for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.

NLIU Bhopal Policy

• Seat Breakup: SC 16%, ST 20%, OBC 14%, General 52 seats (UG) / 130 (PG).
• Madhya Pradesh Domicile: 50% horizontal reservation for MP domicile holders across categories.
• Horizontal Reservation: 30 seats reserved for women, 5 seats for PwD (excluding NRI/supernumerary quotas).

NLU Jodhpur Policy

• Vertical Breakup: General (62 UG / 16 PG), SC (18 UG / 5 PG), ST (9 UG / 2 PG), OBC Non-Creamy Layer (25 UG / 6 PG), MBC Rajasthan (6 UG).
• Horizontal Provisions: Domicile reservation applies for valid Rajasthan certificate holders. 1 seat reserved for SAP (Rajasthan domicile).

WBNUJS Kolkata Policy

• All India vs WB Domicile: General (51 All India / 22 WB Domicile), SC (10 / 10), ST (6 / 2), OBC-A (4 / 7), OBC-B (3 / -). Total: 91 All India / 41 WB Domicile (132 Total).
• Supernumerary / Special: Foreign Nationals (4), NRI/Sponsored (20), PwD Horizontal (3 AI / 4 WB), J&K (2).

HNLU Raipur Policy

• All India (85 seats): SC 13, ST 6, OBC 11, Unreserved 55.
• Chhattisgarh Domicile (85 seats): SC 10, ST 27, OBC 12, Unreserved 36.
• Supernumerary & Horizontal: NRI (8), Foreign Nationals (2), Kashmiri Migrants (5), J&K (2). 30% horizontal reservation for females, 5% for SAP, 3% for Dependents of Freedom Fighters (CG Domicile).

GNLU Gandhinagar & Silvassa Policies

• GNLU Gandhinagar: SC 15%, ST 7.5%, OBC 27%, EWS 10%. Horizontal reservation includes 30% female, 5% PwD, and 25% Gujarat Domicile. Supernumerary seats available for NRI, FN, J&K, North-East, and Sports.
• GNLU Silvassa: Horizontal reservation of 30% female, 5% PwD, and 25% for Dadra and Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu (DNH & DD) Domicile.

RGNUL Punjab Policy

• Seats: Unreserved (134), SC (27), ST (14), Foreign Nationals (5). Total: 180 seats.
• Supernumerary: EWS (18), Wards of Kashmiri Migrants (9), J&K Residents (2), NRI (5). Horizontal: 5% SAP, 10% Punjab Residents + BC.

RMLNLU Lucknow Policy

• Seats (UP Domicile Rules Apply): Unreserved (80), OBC UP 27% (43), SC UP 21% (34), ST UP 2% (3), EWS UP (9). Total: 169 seats.
• Horizontal: 20% Female (32), 5% SAP (8), 5% Defence Wards (8), 2% Dependents of Freedom Fighters (3).

CNLU Patna Policy

• Distribution (BA LLB / BBA LLB - 69 seats each): Unreserved 40% (28), EWS 10% (7), SC Bihar 16% (11), ST Bihar 1% (1), EBC Bihar 18% (12), BC Bihar 12% (8), Women of Backward Classes 3% (2). 5% Horizontal PwD.

NUALS Kochi Policy

• All India (51%): 61 UG / 31 PG seats.
• State Domicile Quota (Kerala): State Merit 9%, SC Kerala 8%, ST Kerala 2%, SEBC Kerala 30%, EWS Kerala (12 UG / 6 PG supernumerary), Transgenders (2 UG / 2 PG), J&K Migrants (2 UG / 2 PG).

NLUJA Assam Policy

• Seats Breakdown: All India UR (31 UG / 20 PG), SC Assam 7% (4 UG / 3 PG), ST Assam Plains 10% (6 UG / 4 PG), ST Assam Hills 5% (3 UG / 2 PG), OBC/MOBC NCL Assam 2% (16 UG / 11 PG). Total: 60 UG / 40 PG seats.
